Yesterday my parents came to Helsinki again because they wanted to go thrift shopping. I didn’t find much anything, but I did find these generic punk jeans from UFF for 9€ and a long military-esque jacket from a Fida for 10€.

Today me and mine went to check out what Valtteri had to offer this fine Saturday and I came back with an EOS 500N just because it was cheap and I have been wanting a film SLR for a while. The pillow was from yesterday’s UFF trip as well, 1,50€ if I recall correctly.

I didn’t get a good shot of the military jacket thing I bought, so here’s a mugshot with it instead.

And by pointless, I mean really pointless. The Sopor is there pretty much for shits and giggles and to up the angst factor even more.

Today my parents visited and took me out for dinner, this is what I wore.

They also had brought me this from their recent trip to Vyborg. I like the fact it’s black/silver, I already have a gold/silver one and a pure silver one. :B

It’s almost warm enough to wear this stuff again. I still can’t really walk in any of my kodonable shoes in all that snow, but wearing combat boots with this crap would be pretty ridiculous. I honestly don’t get how you ladies manage to walk in your… non-combat boots in the winter time, I am on the verge of falling on my ass the second I step outside in any other shoes.

I finally managed to shorten the coat so that it doesn’t make me look like I am walking around without pants anymore, the next thing I need to do with it is change the buttons. Those are some of the cheapest looking buttons I have ever seen, and the more I look at them the more they bother me.

A grey rabbit for that Ikea frame, I am tired at looking at the pixelated Imai Kira, hahah. I just started it so I’ll make it more detailed eventually.

Other than that I also bleached my hair again so it’s now brown, but no pictures because I have been down with a rather persistent almost-cold for way over a week now and thus don’t feel like taking pictures. It’s annoying, I may or may not have a slight temperature depending on the day and my throat is kind of sore all the time, but it doesn’t seem to be progressing one way or another at all. Damn winter.

This clock is actually pretty huge, it got lost in the picture. I’d say it’s about 40cm tall?

And a new mirror to replace the one I have had for the past eight years…

I changed my room around a bit ages ago and finally put up a curtain to act as a “door” to my room, but haven’t posted pictures since my room hasn’t been presentably clean since, and probably will not be any time soon either.

As a quick recap I have also joined a photography club, gone to school as usual, eaten way too much fast food and been feeling kind of down lately, but I’ll just not bother you with minuscule details about my life. My inspiration to write has gone away and I have no idea when it’s gonna come back, so until then, bear with my short picture posts.
